This morning around 4:30 a.m. Evelyn pulled the label off the water bottle, bit by bit. When the whole label was gone she held it up and said, "naked! naked naked naked." Then she had a drink.
I had a dream about Evelyn last night! We were in a fancy bathroom at someone's wedding (maybe Rachel's or Liz's?) She was about seven, but I knew it was her. I was putting on lipstick, and she looked at me very seriously and jutted out her little square jaw and said, "Great Cheri, I am old enough to wear lipstick." I said well, we'll put a little on and see how you look. She was very excited and I dabbed on a bit. She then admired herself in the mirror and said, "I think that's just right, don't you? Dressy, but not slutty." I was cracking up. She was wearing a very fancy dress and I think was the flower girl. who knows, sometimes I have dreams that come true later!
